Terms and Conditions

1. On completion of the Pet Carers registration form it will be deemed the Client has accepted the Terms and Conditions of Pet Carers.

2. Bookings are not confirmed until the non-refundable deposit has been paid.

3. The Client will provide all necessary food and items to ensure the boarding dog is well provided for. Should your dog require additional supplies these will be purchased and added to your bill.

4. All dogs must be vaccinated and treated for worms and fleas. Please give your certificate to your carer when dropping off your dog for his/her holiday.

5. Pet Carers will charge the Client the agreed rate. Any additional hours after the stated and agreed pick up times will be charged at the daily rate. Payment to be made in full on collection of the boarding dog.

6. The Client is responsible for all veterinary bills, however incurred, during your pets stay.

7. We reserve the right to charge for any damage caused by your pet and it is for this reason that we ask that you make your carer aware of anything relevant regarding your pet in order that the necessary precautions can be taken to avoid this. This includes professional carpet cleaning should your dog not be house trained.

8. We reserve the right to make other suitable arrangements for the boarding of your dog(s) in the event of an emergency.

9. Although we make every effort to ensure your pet is cared for with our usual high standards we cannot be liable for loss, injury or death.
